« I own a condo on the island, but when we arrived the HVAC was not working….on a Friday night. It was too hot to stay there. I looked around the island and found this property. I was perfect because my son and his friend was with us, so it accommodated us. I booked it and arrived in 15 minutes. The front desk clerk was ready when I got there with keys. She was very helpful, explaining the property. I would recommend Sea Palms to anyone after this experience. »

« Have stayed here numerous times because of location, spacious rooms, and, previously nice staff. Apparently a corporation from California bought them. Now check-in is solely online/or code. Heaven forbid you get there at 340pm. It's a hard check-in at 4pm. Otherwise you're charged $75. We had issues opening our door. Called the number, voicemail full. Finally figured out you have to punch in code and within 2 seconds twist deadbolt opposite to arrow while pulling door handle toward you....
